The ears are not quite in place, I think, and I don't agree with the attachment of the right arm - study the anatomy of the armpit.

I like the pants, the folds are done quite nicely. But the coloring seems a little rushed.

Some anatomy issues (the armpit and the weird placement of his right ear), and a few unrealistic folds in the pants. But the overall picture works just fine for me. I actually really like the choice of colours, and the way you brought out the highlights considering the fact that you had to work against a white background.
